Sean O’Brien has been in the commercial real estate industry since 1997 leasing properties throughout the Southeast and Midwest. In 2001, he joined Retail Properties, Inc. as a tenant representative broker where he grew the Atlanta office from one national account to fifteen national and regional accounts. In 2003 he formed O’Brien & Company, a full service brokerage firm specializing in retail tenant representation and consulting for some of the largest national, regional, and local retailers and restaurants. His experience, connections, and knowledge have given him the edge in the marketplace and the ability to provide his clients with the best solutions for growth.

Mike Minihan has worked in the real estate business for more than 14 years. Mike started his career as a management consultant with Ernst & Young, implementing eCommerce and Telecommunications systems for Fortune 100 companies before switching his focus to real estate. He spent several years on the lending side of the business, worked in various areas of residential real estate including owning his own brokerage for several years and now specializes in representing national and regional Retail and Restaurant clients.

Greg Bennett has worked in the commercial real estate business since 1996. He served as the Assistant Vice President of real estate/operations for Blimpie International restaurants where he was responsible for managing the company’s existing real estate portfolio and opening new locations. He later became the Director of Real Estate/Franchise Development for STEVI B’s Pizza, Inc., where he grew the company from 9 locations to 30 locations throughout the Southeast. He joined O’Brien & Company in 2005 where he specializes in serving national and regional clients with an emphasis in the franchised client base.

John began his real estate career representing and developing restaurants for Schlotsky's and MFP Franchise Systems, Inc. (My Friend’s Place) in the greater Atlanta area. Later, as a partner in My Friend’s Place, John helped grow the popular Atlanta chain from 8 to 35 restaurants in three years. O’Brien & Company represented My Friend’s Place in their later stage expansion. Upon selling his interest in the company in 2005, John joined O’Brien & Company as a broker representing such brands as Bojangles, Arby's, Sally Beauty, Value Pawn, and C2 Education. As a testament to his effort and dedication to his clients, John become the in-house real estate department of C2 Education. His responsibilities include concept expansion, site selection, lease negotiation, construction management, and all aspects of real estate on a national platform. John also leases and manages all company owned assets.
