Sean O'Brien

 

Sean O’Brien has been in the commercial real estate industry since 1997 leasing properties throughout the Southeast and Midwest.  In 2001, he joined Retail Properties, Inc. as a tenant representative broker where he grew the Atlanta office from one national account to fifteen national and regional accounts.  In 2003 he formed O’Brien & Company, a full service brokerage firm specializing in retail tenant representation and consulting for some of the largest national, regional, and local retailers and restaurants.  His experience, connections, and knowledge have given him the edge in the marketplace and the ability to provide his clients with the best solutions for growth.

Mike Minihan

 

Mike Minihan has worked in the real estate business since 2004.  Commercial Real Estate Retail Tenant Representation Broker with O’Brien & Company in Atlanta, Georgia. Specializes in serving national, regional and local retailer and restaurant clients with comprehensive market entry strategy, planning and consulting, site selection strategy and implementation, market research, prediction interval modeling, competitive analysis, LOI negotiation, lease and PSA negotiation and transaction management. Clients include: Buffalo Wild Wings, Arby’s, Burger King, Popeyes, Pizza Hut, Huey Magoo’s Chicken Tenders, Take 5 Oil Change, Scrub Hub Car Wash, Staples, Burn Bootcamp, Eat the Frog Fitness, Honor Yoga, PJ’s Coffee, DRNK Coffee + Tea, Tiff’s Treats and Murphy USA among others. Mike brings more than 20 years of real estate and consulting experience along with an innovative and consultative approach to representing his clients in Georgia and throughout the country.

Greg Bennett

 

Greg Bennett has worked in the commercial real estate business since 1996.  He served as the Assistant Vice President of real estate/operations for Blimpie International restaurants where he was responsible for managing the company’s existing real estate portfolio and opening new locations.  He later became the Director of Real Estate/Franchise Development for STEVI B’s Pizza, Inc., where he grew the company from 9 locations to 30 locations throughout the Southeast.  He joined O’Brien & Company in 2005 where he specializes in serving national and regional clients with an emphasis in the franchised client base.
